Restructuring Update: PMI Global Operations approved the updated SNEC bylaws on January 3rd, 2008. 

The SNEC Board of Directors invites all SNEC Members to review the updated bylaws (available here) prior to the membership vote which will take place during the business portion of the January 16, 2008 dinner meeting in Cromwell, CT.  All interested members are encouraged to attend this important meeting and to vote in favor of the proposed bylaws.
