"Traditional Project Management vs. Adaptive Project Framework"

Adaptive Project Framework (APF) was founded based on the realization that projects within contemporary organizations were not fitting the traditional project management profile.  APF recognizes that scope is variable and within specified time and cost constraints, the APF approach maximizes business value by adjusting scope at each iteration and by making the client the central figure in deciding what constitutes that maximum business value.  Learn more about how your organization can reduce the high percentage of failed project through the use of APF.

About the Speaker:
Mike Judge has twenty-five years of experience in managing projects for companies including, Chase Manhattan, IBM, AT&T, and Morgan Stanley.  In his present position, Mike serves as AVP, Implementation Management with New York Life and is engaged in several architectural & engineering endeavors requiring project management expertise.  

Mike has experience at speaking in many venues such as luncheons, dinners, webex sessions and the SNEC PMI Annual Conference.
