By Joe Cacciola
A short, informative, and humorous exploration of how to stand out while job searching in the new millennium. What do you need, how do you exploit professional networking sites, and why is being on LinkedIn not the only thing you need to know to successfully network? This session, mixed with a little bit of reality, promises to be a fast-paced look at trying to find that “next opportunity”.

Delivering Exceptional Team Performance with Trust, Creativity and Relentless Execution
By Richard Hews
Organizations bring teams together in order to deliver on an opportunity that is too big or complex for one person to achieve alone. This requires that individuals coordinate their actions and activities to realize the desired results. Why is it then that even with apparently the right levels of resource and expertise, projects don’t always follow their intended paths?
We propose that trust, creativity and the ability to make and keep powerful commitments lie at the heart of all successful teams. This emphasizes the need for all Project Leaders and Managers to be skilled in methods of building trust throughout a team and looking at the way promises are made by team members.
A different approach to the subject of trust and keeping promises will be discussed as the basis of an approach that Project Managers can use with their teams.
