Dinner meetings generally have a half-hour pre-meeting Education component and a one hour presentation -or- are a one and one-half hour presentations, so they provide 1.5 PDU to those holding the PMI PMP or other certifications.

Breakfast meetings generally have an hour and one-half presentation, so they would provide 1.5 PDU to those holding PMI certifications.
