Directions to the Kevin Delbridge Welcome Center: Come onto WNE campus on the Wlbraham Road side, just past the Wilbraham Road/Bradley Road intersection as you are traveling north on Wlibraham Road. The Welcome Center will be on your right. Proceed into the building, and go to the second floor by either the stairs or the elevator. The conference room will be the first door on the left on the second floor. There's sufficient parking there in the lot directly in front of the building. Enter through the front door.

Topic: A case study: Does your Project have full Leadership Support?

Your business partners are excited; your team is motivated; but something isn't quite right – How do you know if your project has full support from all areas of the Senior Leadership Teams? We've all been there. We are managing, assigned to, or supporting a large-scale initiative, but something seems off. Does the project have the right resources? Does the project have the realistic timelines? Is the rest of the community well informed regarding the project timeline? What are the telltale signs that your project may not have full endorsement? More importantly, what can you do about it? Come share your experiences and learn what others have done in similar situations!

Featured Speaker: Bridget Haley

Bridget is a member of an IT transformation team, where she is the functional lead for Release Management across the enterprise. She has been a Program Manager at MassMutual's US Insurance Group, and at the Property and Casualty division of the Hartford Financial Services Group. Bridget has over 25 years experiencing focusing on Project Management and Adult Education. Bridget started her career in education, focusing on technological training for special needs students. Eventually she developed several curricula focusing on retraining the adult learner in preparation for entry level, computer software utilization positions. She holds a BA degree from Mt. Holyoke College, a MEd, and a Masters from George Washington University, and is a member of the Rensselaer Parent Advisory Council.

WMPMF is an opportunity to network with your colleagues in an informal setting, benefit from a valuable presentation, and earn a PDU at little cost. Pizza and soft drinks are included in the cost of the meeting.
