The SNEC-PMI PM Conference team is proud to announce that along with our popular Project Management Professional Development day on Monday, April 30, 2012 we will also be offering half-day Workshops on Tuesday, May 1st, 2012.   This is in direct response to past attendees who asked for opportunities to pursue more in-depth learning on a selection of topics. 

This event is eligible for a Corporate Group Discount. If you have a group of ten or more attendees from your company, please use the form accessible at this link to submit names of all the attendees to obtain the group discount. Members must log into the SNEC-PMI website prior to submitting their registration and payment information. If any difficulties are encountered while logging on, please do not proceed with the registration. Should registration be completed prior to logging into the SNEC website, you will not receive the membership discount. There will be no refund of the membership discount post-registration.

CORPORATE DISCOUNT POLICY FAQS FOR THIS EVENT:

Q. Is there a corporate discount available for the 2012 SNEC Conference and Workshop events?
A. Yes.

Q. What is the corporate discount policy?
A. An additional 10% discount off the registration pricing is available for businesses sending at least ten (10) attendees to this conference/workshop. Payments must be made in full via check or credit card.

Q. Is the corporate discount only available during the Early Bird registration period?
A. Yes.

Q. Is the corporate discount for conference going to be handled as a "group purchase", i.e. the discounted company will arrange to buy a block of 10 or more registrations?
A. Yes.

Q. How are the actual registrations handled?
A. The list of ten (10) or more attendees from a company is to be provided in a spread sheet.  Once payment is received, SNEC will register the people on the list for the session(s) indicated.

Q. Can SNEC issue multiple invoices to a company in order to reach the ten (10) attendee discount level?
A. No. In order to receive the discount, a single invoice will be issued for ten or more attendees. Companies are welcome to have multiple areas submit registration lists, as long as each has at least ten attendees.

Q. Are only SNEC members eligible for corporate discounts?
A. No. The registration list should include and indicate SNEC members and non-SNEC members in order to determine pricing.

Q. What is the policy on "additional" registrations from a discounted corporation, i.e. a company purchases a block of registrations, then additional people come forward - is this handled individually with discount codes, or via another group purchase, or some other method?
A. If within Early Bird period, we will issue a coupon code allowing the requested person(s) to register at a discount. 

Q. If someone has registered without the discount, and subsequently requests a group discount what is the solution?
A. For individual requests, we won't honor that request. 

Q. What is the policy on substitutions, i.e. a discounted employee cannot attend and wants another person to attend in their place?
A. No charge for substitutions.  Cut-off date for notification of a substitution must be within 48 hours of event.

Q. What is the policy on refunds for cancellations - 10% handling fee on the normal full price or on the corporate discounted rate?
A. Refunds based on corporate discounted rate.

Q. When does payment need to be received in order to obtain the corporate discount?
A. Payment must be received by the end of the Early Bird period, i.e. prior to March 1, 2012.

Q. How will event registration disputes be handled?

Q. Will the corporate discount policy be available on an event by event basis or for each SNEC event offered?
A. The corporate discount is offered on an event by event basis only.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that inclement weather is forecast for the day of the event, a cancellation decision will be made by 5:00 AM that day. If the event is cancelled, registered participants will be notified of the cancellation via an email broadcast. We will also endeavor to get meeting cancellation notices broadcast by local media. Notification of the re-scheduled event or refund will also be communicated via an email broadcast.

Note: There is a 10% cancellation fee that will be subtracted from your refund to cover administrative fees. No refunds will be given after 4/23/2012.
