Overview Beginning with the first strategic planning session undertaken by the SNEC Board of Directors at the beginning of 2004, our volunteer Project and Operational Committees have become the primary vehicle for executing the objectives of the chapter. Each chapter portfolio area has one or more committees, in addition to chapter level committees for special projects. | |
