 Alex Cave, PMP
Candidate for Board of Directors

Background
Alex is a committed, energetic, creative project management professional who can bring a broad international perspective from North America and Europe to his work. This perspective enhances over 15 years of extensive experience and skills in project management, business analysis, software development methodology and IT gained in diverse and deadline driven environments. His strengths include versatility, articulating complex strategic visions, communication, and an ability to work both independently and as a team member.

Alex has been employed at MassMutual for the last three years and can count the number of monthly PMI meetings he has missed in the last four years (since joining PMI) on one hand.  He can always be relied upon to ask questions of our presenters – and sometimes he even sounds like he knows what he’s talking about!  But it beaks the ice and gets others involved.

.

What Alex can offer to SNEC-PMI
A creative perspective. An holistic view. Energy, enthusiasm and passion.  Translating strategy into concrete, actionable goals that supports our chapter’s vision – not just within the sphere of my own responsibilities but resonating across the whole portfolio.  Empowering volunteers to take ownership of initiatives and providing them with the support to realize their objectives.  In short, taking an organic approach to building on the fantastic work done by our current team and, hopefully, throwing some great new ideas into the mix as well.
