Annual Project Management Conference

The Seventh Annual Project Management Conference and Workshops, The Passion and Power of Project Management, will be held at the Connecticut Convention Center in downtown Hartford on Monday, April 30 and Tuesday, May 1, 2012. The second day will have “hands on” Project Management workshops.  SNEC-PMI is inviting you to participate in our full day event on Monday, April 30, 2012.

As in the past, we offer individual display areas at the event where Sponsors/Exhibitors can interact with attendees throughout the day. This is a great opportunity for you to reach out to a diverse group of professionals and demonstrate your contribution to the discipline of Project Management.

• Your logo displayed on the SNEC-PMI event details page with a URL hyperlink to your organizations web address on the SNEC-PMI Website in the designate Sponsor Area. Platinum sponsors are listed first, Gold second and Silver third.

Silver Conference - $1,000

• One “choice position” (assigned based upon order payment is received) exhibit space including 1- 8’ exhibit table, skirted. Two chairs, display sign, wastebasket and security.
• Quarter-page advertisement in the event program (ad size: 3.5”w x 4.75”h).

Gold Conference - $1,500

• One “superior position” (based upon order payment is received) exhibit space including 2-6’ exhibit tables, skirted. Two chairs, display sign, wastebasket and security.
• Half-page advertisement in the event program (ad size: 7.5” w x 4.75” h).
• Opportunity to purchase one of two available Lunch & Learn sessions. The session will provide access to up to 80 participants at an additional cost of $400. Only two sessions are available and are offered on a first come basis.

Platinum Conference - $2,000

• One “prime position” (based upon order payment is received) exhibit space including 2-6’ exhibit tables, skirted. Two chairs, display sign, wastebasket and security.
• Full-page advertisement in the event program (ad size: 7.5” w x 9.75” h). § A special “Thank You” will be sent, on your behalf, to the SNEC mailing list.
• Opportunity to purchase one of two available Lunch & Learn sessions. The session will provide access to up to 80 participants at an additional cost of $400. Only two sessions are available and are offered on a first come basis.
